A 90 minute Dynamic Rocket Yoga class inspired by the tools of Ashtanga Vinyasa. Liz Jacobs will be taking you through a challenging sequence that brings inversions into the standing and seated series. Open to anyone that wants to grow and build into there own practice. Liz brings emphasis to the breath ensuring each students is working towards inversions with an understanding of what the breath is doing throughout the vinyasa and the more challenging postures. Expect to work hard and being your intention is essential she says.
After Lizzie's class Emma Peel will take you through a 75minute Yin Yoga practice. Yin is a journey that begins from a physical perspective, marrying both meditation with asana. This practise not only enhances our natural range of movement, it takes us on a journey of both physical and inner transformation through being fully present & aware. Emma 's teaching is focused on moving with consciousness, body awareness, understanding individual anatomy and the flow of energy in the body. She will share her knowledge of the subconscious levels of the Yoga practise incorporating spirituality and the Toaist view of meridians, energy and their connection to both the body and mind.
