Experience a Yin Yoga and Meditation practise by the glow of candle light in this two-hour evening event. Soften and unhook from the week, allowing the time and space to explore the deeper aspects of the Yin Yoga practise.

We will begin with pranayama, leading us to the Yin Yoga asana followed by meditation. Each seat will be approachable allowing for the low lighting and encouraging a more inward experience.
