Q&A Sessions: Live sessions focused specifically on the Chinese Medicine aspects of the season. Expanding beyond the physical practice, these will include support around seasonal eating, sleep tips and self-care rituals based on TCM principles for the current element.
Seasonal Transition Workshops: Online workshops around the key seasonal transition dates of the solstices and equinoxes to help you navigate the energy shifts smoothly, turning transitions into a celebrated event.
