disentangling in action

Meditation doesn’t begin with a system of thought but awakens thought, beginning in a simple awareness of what occurs in this very moment in this very body, breath by breath…

A Moment to Pause

This meditation invites you to arrive fully in your body and your breath. Notice what is alive, heavy, or held, without needing to change it. Stay with the sensations, allowing space for what arises, softening around it and feeling the natural flow of energy. A simple practice to feel, to pause, and to remember that not everything needs solving, some things simply need room to move.

We are not trying to be one with something other than what’s right here right now, in this moment. It’s being fully yoked to your life. And the openings we offer to ourself become a doorway, an entry point and a new found sensitivity and tenderness.
