The heart longs to be on a journey, it longs to be in the process of discovery constantly…

Heart-to-Heart: An Asia Immersion

An embodied immersion where practice and place dissolve into each other and life becomes quiet enough to be heard again. These Heart-to-Heart immersions are not yoga holidays. They are time away from the pace of everyday life, into practice, presence and a more intimate relationship with the body and the world around us.

Through yoga, breath, meditation, movement and stillness, we make contact with the quiet intelligence alive within us. The practices become a form of remembrance. As the outer world softens, what remains is attention, simplicity, and the quiet unfolding of experience as it is.

How the retreats unfold

The retreats move in a rhythm, with an oscillation between longer immersions in Asia and shorter retreats in Europe and the UK. When we travel further, into deeper time in places like India, life becomes slower, simpler, and more inward. These are deeper periods of practice, where attention naturally begins to settle.

The following year, we stay closer to home in the UK and Europe, with shorter retreats held in nature. These hold a different quality, yet still carry quiet and depth.

This rhythm allows the work to stay alive over time. Depth without depletion. Immersion without separation from ordinary life.

Asia - Pilgrimage Immersions

There are also longer stays that move closer to the heart of life. These deeper periods, often in Asia, become a pilgrimage into simplicity, stillness and practice.

I am currently in conversation with a very special space in Sri Lanka for 2028, with the intention of creating a longer, more spacious retreat where there is time to settle into practice and the natural rhythm around us.

If you would like to hear more as this unfolds, you are welcome to join the waiting list.

Europe - Closer Journeys

Alongside the longer immersions in Asia, there are also shorter retreats held closer to home. These are still deeply immersive, but shaped by a different rhythm - more lightness and space for life to remain in the background while practice continues.

Held in nature and supported by the warmth and simplicity of southern Europe, these retreats are an invitation to slow down, rest deeply and reconnect with what is essential. Here, practice sits alongside nature, nourishment, community and the simple pleasures of everyday life. Together we explore a living question:
How do we live well inside a changing human life?

Through movement, meditation, meaningful rest and time in nature, we begin to remember what truly nourishes us and how we wish to return home.

The next retreat is currently planned for:
Southern Portugal (Algarve)

23rd –30th October 2027
Limited to 12 spaces

A pause in nature. A chance to return to the deep nature within.

Devon - A Stillness Retreat

Alongside the longer immersions in Asia and the nature-based retreats in Europe, there is also a retreat held closer to home in Devon. A retreat centred around stillness.

Meditation forms the heart of the experience, supported by Yin Yoga, time in nature, periods of noble silence and space to rest. Rather than silence being imposed as the identity of the retreat, it is woven gently throughout the rhythm of the days, creating the conditions for a deeper listening. To ourselves. To the body. To life as it is.

I have recently found a beautiful venue in South Devon with a dedicated yoga studio, walking trails, an indoor pool and easy access to the coast. Accommodation will include a mixture of private and shared rooms.

If you would like to hear more as plans unfold, you are welcome to join the Devon waiting list.

The next retreat is:
Totnes, Devon
Wednesday 26th - Sunday 30th May (four nights)
Limited to 12 spaces

A retreat in stillness. A chance to listen more deeply.

The rhythm of these retreats

These retreats move in a natural rhythm across the years.
Every other year I hold longer immersions in Asia, where life becomes quieter, simpler and more inward.

The following year I hold a retreat in Devon, rooted in stillness and meditation. That same year, there is a European nature-based retreat, which sit between these two, held in warmth, beauty and simplicity.

Together, they create a balanced cycle of depth, silence and integration. If you would like to stay connected as these retreats unfold, you are welcome to get in touch suing the button below the different retreats
