Online Yin Yoga classes are
7 - 8.30pm on Monday evening
7.15 - 8.30am Wednesday morning
and Yang Yoga is at 7.15 - 8.30am on Friday morning.
When you book into an online practise with me, an email will be sent to you automatically with the details you need to attend.
Please check that you have received this email as you should get this within a few minutes.
I will not be available one hour prior to practice so do look to ensure you have this email when you book.
From Spring 2025 through Summer, Friday morning classes will be structured slightly differently. The first class of the month will have a pattern of three 25 minute, the second class will have an influence from more Hatha Yoga. The third class is Dragon Flow and then for the rest of the month, we bring them together.
