An introduction to Meditation

I am privileged to collaborate with Sweaty Betty, East Dulwich in sharing some insights into the art and science of Mindfulness and Meditation. This informal hour is intended to provide a space in which we can caress the edges of any bounded concepts of what Meditation is and what it is not.

We will explore tools that enable us to hold a quality of courage, so we can find ways to connect rather than escape our lives. Tools that can build a quality of generosity so we can develop greater intimacy and understanding of ourselves, our worlds, the world and each other.

This event is open to everyone, from beginners wishing to discover the benefits of Meditation and for those who know and love the practise.
