.In this workshop, we will explore the role of the Heart and its channel in Daoist thinking and Chinese medicine. By cultivating and invigorating this channel with Pranayama, Meditation, movement and the Heart sound from the Healing Sounds Qi Gong practices, we will enliven the tools to live a life in harmony with ourselves, each other and all of life.
