Quiet Heart Meditation
This is a Meditation focusing on the heart with a very subtle Yin pranayama meaning that the breath is flowing very naturally without any manipulation and the focus stays on the heart.
Then, once we relax and release our focus on the heart and breath, we sit quiet for a few moments together before moving our attention to the 3rd eye.
