Meeting Recording

Dear friends,
Here is the recording from Sunday’s meeting. We discussed transfers, Visa application difficulties and vaccines. There are two links below the recording that I posted in the ‘chat’ during the meeting and a telephone number you will need for your visa application for Yogiville Ashok Tree.

Other things mentioned can be found at the bottom of this page.
I am speaking with the venue this week and I will confirm answers to all of these questions on email.

Other things mentioned.
- Can Ashok do washing for you so you can travel more lightly?
YES

- Is there a kettle in each room?
YES - confirming though to make sure…

- Does the venue have coffee?
No there is no coffee at the venue.
I will be taking an aeropress and my own coffee powder.
Take some and a cafetière or similar for your room.

- Is it possible for me to book consultations for the group with
Dr Radhika for day two?
TBC.

- Day one details.
This day is about arriving. We settle, have an orientation, get comfortable in our rooms, eat, shower / refresh and then there is a little gift from me. I hope to guide a meditation if we are still awake but not practice. Lets see how things go.

- Can you bring anything for the children & teachers at Devi school?
I shall enquire. Before we have taken the children colouring pencils and paper but regarding the teachers - great question. Will find out.

- Money. What currency can you bring into the country.
Take dollars and / or draw out dollars / Rupees at the airpot.
Please note, cash withdrawals are limited to a small amount per day and our venue is not near any yet when we go to the temples, near those we shall find ATMs.

- Shopping
I have asked that temple visits be extended to include shopping in the markets around them. I will also get from one of the last group, the name of a cafe near the main temple that is run by Indian French couple. Great coffee and food.

-What equipment do you need to bring
You might like to bring a Yoga mat towel and / or a topper mat. This is not necessary though as the venue has everything we need.

- Luggage and what you need to bring.
Clothes suitable for temples is necessary. These should cover arms and legs. Yoga wear for both Yang and Yin Yoga, relaxing clothes for the day and evening. Remember our environment is very simple and relaxed. Then something for the pool.

With love,
Emma x
