What is this? A 10 minute Meditation
I would like to introduce something quite different here which is a meditation that was shared with me many years ago and which I have found very useful especially, at times of personal challenge.
At one level this is one of the more simple Meditation techniques because the only thing you have to do, is to sit, lay or walk with presence and ask this question: What is this?
