10th August 7.30pm - 8.15pm. 

This isn’t just a Yin Yoga class, it’s a taste of how I teach. 
I will share a little about the Five Movements Yin Yoga training at the end of the class and why this could change not only the way you teach but the way you approach your whole life.

This is not just speaking about a Yin Yoga training, but how to meet the whole person in front of you. This then becomes about how to guide practice that go beyond postures — practices that honour someone’s history, their joy, their grief, their hopes and dreams.
